After registering as a user and logging in, anyone can download the latest version of the O-Solution manual (setup guide and quick guide).

Please register as a new user (customer registration), then click the "Login to Support Page" button to proceed to the support page.
* A product EID is required.
Please obtain the latest EID from the license manager and transcribe it.
Please see below for instructions on how to obtain it.
How to display EID
Click the "Start" button, then "Onosokki O-Solution," and then "License Manager" to launch the License Manager.
Select your license to view the EID.
You can copy the EID using the "Copy EID" option.
Please log in to the support page using the EID for your "Trial License," "Standalone License," "Network License," or "USB Key License."
