Ono Sokki's calibration service

To guarantee the accuracy of values measured by measuring instruments, the instruments must be calibrated at appropriate intervals. Only by using calibrated measuring instruments can the reliability and stability of the obtained measurements be improved.

Based on its many years of experience and expertise as a measuring instrument manufacturer, Ono Sokki provides highly reliable and advanced calibration services, grounded in the ISO 9001 quality system and the general requirements for calibration competence of ISO/IEC 17025.

Ono Sokki offers three calibration services: "JCSS Calibration,"​ ​"ASNITE Calibration," and "General Calibration."​

JCSS calibration is performed at Ono Sokki Utsunomiya Technical & Product Center Co.

Ono Sokki Co., Ltd.'s Quality Assurance Block Quality Control Group is a JCSS-accredited business officially recognized by the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation Accreditation Center (IAJapan) under the Japan Calibration Service System (JCSS) on December 26, 2005.

Ono Sokki 's JCSS calibration is compliant with the International MRA, so the calibration results are valid in ILAC and APAC member countries as well (since the calibration results are accepted anywhere in any country, there is no need to perform calibration multiple times).

• The JCSS proofreading service includes the following fees:
  • Calibration fee
  • JCSS Calibration Certificate + Test Report (General Calibration)
• Calibration services do not include repair work. If repair work is required, a separate repair fee will be added.
• A shipping fee will be charged for returning the calibrated product to the customer. Additionally, a separate packing fee will be charged for heavy items or items requiring special packaging.
• For items that cannot be calibrated, we will charge an inspection/diagnosis fee plus transportation costs.

As a calibration service provider accredited under ISO/IEC 17025, we can perform IEC periodic testing* (calibration) of sound level meters and acoustic calibrators.

Instruments calibrated by ASNITE will be issued a "Calibration Certificate" bearing the ASNITE accreditation symbol ASNITE 0147. Note that the number 0147 is our company's accreditation number.

General calibration is performed using Ono Sokki 's calibration methods. The calibration equipment used is traceable to national standards.

Our general calibration services include a "pickup calibration service" where we receive your items for calibration and perform the work there, and an "on-site calibration service" where we travel to a location specified by the customer to perform the work.*
