Installation example

The EZ series features a fully enclosed design for torque sensors inserted between power transmissions, and all models are certified to explosion-proof class d2G4. They can be used in almost all locations handling flammable gases or vapors. Their performance is identical to our other torque sensors, and they have a proven track record in the chemical industry, including torque measurement for agitators.
*This product conforms to explosion-proof standards (for use in Japan only).

Features

  • Suitable for use in most flammable gas or vapor handling locations; d2G4 rating.

  • Explosion-proof rotation detectors can also be installed simultaneously. Long-distance signal transmission is possible.

  1. There are two types of external wiring connection methods: the pressure-resistant screw connection method for conduits (standard) and the pressure-resistant gasket method (optional). Please confirm the wiring method during our meeting or by reviewing the drawings.

  2. A separate, explosion-proof rotation detector is required to measure the rotational speed. Please contact your nearest sales office.
