Micro-object vibration and measurement system

The micro-object vibration and measurement system enables micro-spot laser light and image observation using incident illumination by equipping the LV-1800 with the built-in camera LV-0181 for positioning, the LV-0185 lighting unit, and various objective lenses.
It is a system that allows laser positioning on micro-structures and detection of multiple points.

Features

  • The laser spot diameter can be focused to 2.5 µm or less (when using the LV-0152B model).

  • Using an internal digital camera and incident lighting, it is possible to measure the irradiation conditions of the laser beam.

  • Measurements can be taken from 0.3 Hz to 3 MHz according to standard specifications.
