    Model-Based Development (MBD) is widely used in manufacturing, particularly in the automotive industry. Ono Sokki supports the foundation of new development methods like MBD by combining high-precision model generation and calculations (simulations) based on reliable measurement technology with verification through actual measurements.

    Cases

    Applying Ono Sokki 's expertise in acoustic and vibration measurement technology, we have established a method for estimating the forces acting on a vehicle's body via the suspension, based on TPA (Transmission Path Analysis) results obtained from actual measurements. This clarifies whether vibration countermeasures should be implemented on the suspension or the body side, improving development speed. Through vibration countermeasures, we are contributing to improved driving comfort and reduced environmental impact.

    The environments in which measuring instruments are used vary greatly, including the presence or absence of temperature changes, vibrations, shocks, and changes in atmospheric pressure.

    Cases

    In rocket development projects, rotation sensors that offer high accuracy and safety, capable of being installed in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, are used in fuel pumps. In power plant projects, rotation sensors have been developed for use in the unique environment of being submerged in oil. Ono Sokki 's rotation sensors are installed in many power plants throughout Japan. These long-selling rotation sensors will continue to meet the demands for stability, durability, and reliability.

    Ono Sokki specializes in seven fields: time- frequency and rotational speed, velocity, flow rate and velocity, vibration acceleration, electricity (DC and low frequency), torque, and acoustics/ultrasound. JCSS (*2) compliant with international MRA (*1) We are a certified calibration service provider. We provide services for measuring instruments that we design and manufacture ourselves, as well as those manufactured by other companies.

    We develop and manufacture a wide range of measuring instruments and systems in-house, from torque sensors, sound level meters, and frequency analyzers to large-scale Automatic Measurement Control System such as automotive testing equipment.
