Handy Diesel Engine Tachometer
GE-1400
This handheld Digital Tachometer is specifically designed for measuring the rotational speed of 4-stroke diesel engines. By simply attaching the CP-044 detector (sold separately) to one of the fuel injection pipes, you can measure engine rotational speed directly in r/min.
It comes standard with both analog output (switchable with monitor output) and pulse output. The analog output can be used for recording with data recorders, etc. (the monitor output can be used for checking sensor waveforms or as an input signal for FFT analyzers), and the pulse output can be used as a signal for tracking analysis with FFT analyzers.
