Acoustic Vibration Portable Data Recorder
DR-7100

The sounds and vibrations that are problematic are something we want to investigate thoroughly without missing anything. However, whether it's at the delivery site, in a cramped space, or at a high location, if we cannot take the time to collect data properly, we want to shorten the setup time. In such cases, the convenient features of the DR-7100 Acoustic Vibration Portable Data Recorder come in handy.

For example,
● Want to calibrate in a short time ⇒ No setup mistakes with the [TEDS calibration key]
● Want to record only the problematic phenomenon ⇒ One-push [Trigger Key] (pre-trigger possible)
● Want to check the recorded data on the spot ⇒ Immediately switches to playback mode with the [RECALL Key]

Features

  • High-speed ・ High-precision data recording (4ch 40 kHz range 24-bit) ※

  • Equipped with dedicated input for rotational pulse 1ch

  • SDHC 32 GB compatible

  • Reduction of setting time, TEDS sensor compatible.

  • A5 size

  • 2 enclosure synchronization function (optional)

* The 40 kHz range is optional (the standard is 20 kHz bandwidth).

Animation example

Examples of actual operational animation using the DR-7100 4-channel sound and vibration portable data recorder.

1. Data recording

To shorten the recording time, we will connect two DR-7100 devices in sync (8-channel) for data recording.

  • 8 ch synchronization state of DR-7100
8 ch synchronous state of DR-7100
(when unit sync options DR-0730, DR-0703 are installed)

Used sensors: Built-in preamplifier type accelerometer
    (NP-3578N10: 2 units, NP-3211: 1 unit)

※ Operations are performed on the master side DR-7100.
  • 1ch: Vibration data recorded from the reference point (red circle). 2 to 7ch: Vibration from measurement points (in three axial directions).
1ch: Vibration data of the reference point (red circle) is recorded
2 to 7ch: Vibration data of measurement points (in 3-axis directions) is recorded at two locations each

※ A total of 58 points (174 pieces) of data will be recorded (30 seconds each point).
※ Even with data recorded from one unit, actual operation animation is possible.
