Non-contact digital handheld tachometer (high-speed type)
HR-6800
A compact, handheld Digital Tachometer that provides non-contact, high-precision measurement of the rotational speed of high-speed rotating objects up to 999,990 r/min.
In addition to high-speed rotating bodies such as dental rotating bodies and spindles of false twisting machines in textile machinery, the rotational speed of high-speed cutting drills and high-speed motors in machine tools, which are becoming increasingly common, can be easily and non-contactively displayed in r/min by simply bringing an electromagnetic sensor close to the rotating shaft. The drill teeth, for example, are determined by their shape (concave and convex), and in the case of general rotating machinery, they are determined by magnetization.
The measurement range is wide, from 100 r/min to 999,990 r/min.
It comes standard with both analog output (switchable with monitor output) and pulse output. The analog output can be used for recording with data recorders, the monitor output for checking sensor waveforms and as an input signal for FFT analyzers, and the pulse output as a signal for tracking analysis with FFT analyzers. In addition, up to 20 measurement results can be saved as history in the internal memory, making it convenient for reviewing and recording after measurement.
