This policy applies to the personal information of customers and business partners obtained in relation to our products and services. However, for specific cloud services provided by our group that have individual terms or policies established, those individual provisions shall take precedence.

Scope of Joint Users: Ono Enterprise Co., Ltd., Sound One Co., Ltd., and our overseas subsidiaries (located in the United States, Thailand, India, and China)
For these overseas subsidiaries, we impose the same obligations for personal information management as the headquarters based on group unified rules, and we have established a system to regularly check their compliance status. Additionally, regarding the personal information protection systems in the respective countries, we conduct detailed investigations and implement necessary measures based on local laws and regulations. -
