TH-1000/TH-2000シリーズ

The TH Series torque detector is a new electromagnetic induction phase detector that leverages the advantages of previous Ono Sokki torque detectors while improving ease of use, functionality, and accuracy. While retaining its greatest features of high durability and long lifespan, the electromagnetic induction phase detector eliminates the need for detection auxiliary motors, eliminating the need to supply AC power to the detector.

The TH-1000 series is the standard type with a maximum rotational speed range of 6000 r/min. Additionally, the TH-2000 series is a high-speed model with a maximum rotational speed range of 20,000 r/min, and is suitable for torque performance tests for motors requiring high-speed rotation such as EV/HEV motors and centrifuges.

The characteristics of the TH series torque detectors are automatically read into the TS-2800 torque indicator when powered on, eliminating the hassle of setup work like before.
The TH-1000/TH-2000 series torque detectors are used in combination with the TS-2800 torque calculation indicator.

Features

  • High precision: ±0.1% FS

  • Supports torque performance testing of high-speed rotating bodies at a maximum of 20,000 r/min (TH-2000 series).

  • Long lifespan: The rotating part and the signal detection part adopt a non-contact phase difference method that has no wear parts.

  • Excellent noise resistance: The detected signal employs a noise-resistant line driver output.

  • No switching is required for the rotation direction (CW/CCW).

  • CE marking and compliance with FCC (CE: EN61010-1:2010, EN61326-1:2013, FCC: Part 15B)
