3-axis Accelerometer (with built-in preamplifier)

Accelerometer extract the amount of vibration in a mechanical system as an electrical signal proportional to the vibration acceleration. 3-axis Accelerometer can extract vibration in all X, Y, and Z directions simultaneously. Both preamplifier-integrated and charge-output types are available. TEDS-compatible*2 Accelerometer have also been added to the lineup.

Features

  • This is a size-based *1 vibration sensor, so no reference point is required for measurement. Simply attach the sensor to the object to be measured and take the measurement.

  • Compared to other vibration sensors, its small size and light weight make it easy to attach to the object being measured and easy to handle.

  • It has a wide dynamic range and can measure even minute accelerations.

  • It has high mechanical strength and is suitable for measuring large accelerations and impact accelerations.

  • Generally, because it has a high resonant frequency and a wide measurement frequency range, it can measure waveforms containing broadband frequency components with minimal distortion.

  • We offer sensors with performance levels appropriate to your intended use and operating conditions.

  • JCSS calibration compatible

*1: This refers to a vibration meter consisting of mass (M), spring constant (K), and viscous resistance (C).

*1: Sensor sensitivity varies from unit to unit; the stated value is a shipping standard and not measurement accuracy. By calibrating according to the respective sensitivity value, all sensors can measure under the same conditions and with the same accuracy.
*2: Compatible with IEEE1451.4-2004 Template ver 1.0
*3: Cable not included.
*4: Compliant standards EMC Directive: EN 61326:2021 RoHS Directive: EN IEC 63000:2018
* The sensor noise of the NP-2000 series is the "input-referred noise level" of charge amplifiers such as the CH-1200A.
