Product Warranty

The product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
If a malfunction occurs under normal use conditions, as described in the instruction manual and on labels attached to the product, we will repair it free of charge, but only within the warranty period.
Even within the warranty period, repairs will be charged in the following cases:

  • (i) Malfunctions or damage caused by misuse, improper repairs, or modifications.

  • (b) Malfunctions or damage caused by dropping the product when moving it to a different location after purchase.

  • (h) Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, wind and flood damage, salt damage, lightning strikes, other natural disasters, abnormal voltage, etc.

  • (ii) Replenishment of consumables, spare parts, accessories, etc.

About inspection and calibration services

Regarding inspection and calibration, we will accept requests even for discontinued products, as long as our equipment is capable of handling them.
*For custom-made items (made-to-order items), please inquire separately.
