While we generally offer repairs for discontinued products for the seven-year period that we keep parts available, unforeseen circumstances such as the discontinuation of supply by parts manufacturers may prevent us from providing repair services before this period ends.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

The products listed below are generally not eligible for repair due to a lack of parts in stock. However, for products marked with an asterisk (*), repairs may be possible depending on the nature of the malfunction, so please contact us for details. Please note that only representative products are listed.
