High-performance motors, including ultra-precision motors, are used in many everyday items, from automobiles and home appliances to industrial equipment and office/audio equipment. Furthermore, there are many types of motors available, ranging from ultra-high-speed to low-speed and even ultrasonic types, each suited to a specific application.
To meet the needs of measuring the characteristics of these diverse motors, Ono Sokki offers a wide range of MT series detectors, including those for high-speed rotating motors, high-capacity motors, torque ripple measurement, cogging torque measurement, and more.
Furthermore, we have added a lineup equipped with the compact, high-rigidity RH series torque detector (10 N・m / 20 N・m). The RH type torque detector is a torque detector that achieves high accuracy (±0.05 % FS) and high rigidity (4.5 times that of conventional models), enabling measurement of motor torque fluctuations up to higher frequency ranges.
* In addition to the MT series detector, the TS-8700 Torque Station Pro is required for motor characteristic measurement.

MT-82 M/T/R Torque Ripple/Cogging Torque Detector

This detector is suitable for measuring torque ripple when the motor is excited and cogging torque when the motor is de-excited.

The MT-82M** allows for constant control measurement between 0.5 and 5 r/min, while some MT-82T** models allow for constant control measurement between 2 and 15 r/min.

For measuring relatively large capacity, low rotational speed motors such as geared motors.

When combined with the TS-8700, it can automatically measure the rotational speed and torque characteristics of a motor.

This is used in combination with the small-capacity L-shaped base (/B2). It allows for reproducible centering, such as when repeatedly testing the same model. The test specimen is mounted via the included faceplate.
*While processing the panel is the customer's responsibility, we can also perform the processing upon request. (Separate estimate required)

This large stand (B4) with casters is designed for medium and large capacity equipment and is used in combination with a sliding base (S3). It allows for reproducible alignment, especially when repeatedly testing the same model.
The test specimen is mounted using the included faceplate.

/E1 Encoder

With the exception of some torque ripple and cogging torque detectors, rotation angle measurement and angle sampling can be performed in 0.1° increments.

* Manual (N) - For time-series measurements such as continuous, angle measurement is possible within the specified rotational speed range of the MT detector. However, for angle measurement (angle sampling) only, the rotational speed range is limited to the lower limit of the MT detector to 5 r/min. Also, if there is resonance within the rotational speed range, angle measurement (angle sampling) may not be possible, and you will need to change the rotational speed to perform the measurement.
