Small-capacity, high-speed rotation compatible torque detector
TH-3000/TH-3000Hシリーズ

The TH-3000 series phase-difference type micro-torque detector is a highly accurate and responsive detector capable of measuring minute torques of 2 N·m or less. It is available in standard specifications (TH-3000 series) and high-speed specifications (TH-3000H series) depending on the rotational speed.
This detector detects the output torque of small, precision motors and various mechanisms with high resolution and accuracy. Its excellent responsiveness also allows for measurement of torque ripple at actual operating rotational speeds. It is an ideal detector for developing small rotating bodies where energy efficiency and quiet operation are required. Six types are available with rated torques of 0.05 N·m, 0.1 N·m, 0.2 N·m, 0.5 N·m, 1 N·m, and 2 N·m.
The TH-3000 series torque sensor is used in combination with the TS-2800 torque calculation display unit. *6

High-speed response

It can measure torque fluctuations up to 5 kHz. *1

High rotation speed compatible

The TH-3000H series, designed for high rotational speeds, has a rated rotational speed of 25,000 r/min. It is ideal for performance testing of small motors that are increasingly rotating at high speeds.

High precision

High-precision measurement of ±0.2% FS is possible. *2

Line driver output with excellent noise immunity.

A line driver system is used for torque signal output. It's designed for easy use on manufacturing lines. No rematching is required when changing cable length, and it can be extended up to 50 m.

Compatible with the MD series in terms of mounting dimensions.

This new torque sensor is compatible with our long-selling MD series in terms of mounting dimensions, making replacement easy. Furthermore, the extended range of the rotating shaft end, suitable for coupling mounting, makes installation even easier.

High durability

It detects signals without contact with the rotating shaft. Furthermore, because it has no moving parts such as detection motors, it is less prone to failure and offers excellent maintainability.

*1 This is due to the output characteristics of the torque calculation display. The TH-5100 torque calculation display requires the TH-0511 high-speed analog output function (optional). It may be limited by torsional resonance of the device, etc.
