TH-3000/TH-3000Hシリーズ

The TH-3000 series phase difference method micro torque detector is a detector that measures small torques below 2 N·m with high accuracy and excellent responsiveness. There are standard specifications (TH-3000 series) and high-speed rotation specifications (TH-3000H series) based on rotation speed.

It detects the output torque of small precision motors and various mechanisms with high resolution and high accuracy. Additionally, due to its excellent responsiveness, it can also measure torque ripple at the actual rotation speeds used.
This detector is optimal for the development of small rotating bodies where energy saving and quiet operation are required. Six types are available with rated torques of 0.05 N·m, 0.1 N·m, 0.2 N·m, 0.5 N·m, 1 N·m, and 2 N·m.

The TH-3000 series torque detector is used in combination with the TS-2800 torque calculation display *6".

Compatible with high rotation speeds

The high-speed TH-3000H series is rated at a rotational speed of 25,000 r/min. It is ideal for performance testing of small motors that are advancing towards higher rotational speeds.

High precision measurement of ±0.2 % FS is possible.*2

Excellent noise resistance line driver output

The torque signal output adopts a line driver method. It is designed for ease of use on manufacturing lines. Changing the cable length does not require rematching, and it can be extended up to 50 meters.

Compatible with MD series and installation dimensions.

Our long-selling torque detector MD series is compatible with installation dimensions, making replacement easy. Additionally, the range of the rotating shaft end has been extended for easier coupling installation.

high durability

Signals are detected non-contact with the rotating axis. Additionally, there are no movable parts such as detection motors, resulting in fewer failures and excellent maintenance.

*1 This is due to the output characteristics of the torque calculation display. The TH-5100 torque calculation display requires the TH-0511 high-speed analog output function (optional). There may be limitations due to device torsional resonance, etc.
