Directional Microphone
MI-8100

Example of grip installation (grip is optional)

The MI-8100 Directional Microphone is a shotgun-type Directional Microphone that sharply captures targeted sounds, making it ideal for simple sound source detection and noise reduction in applications involving abnormal noise.
With a flat frequency response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz and sharp directional characteristics, it can detect various sounds originating from specific locations with a high signal-to-noise ratio.

Features

  • Sharp directional characteristics that allow you to capture the intended sound clearly.

  • It achieves a flat frequency response up to 20 kHz and a sensitivity of -30 dB.

  • Achieving inexpensive and simple sound source detection.

  • Ideal for background noise elimination in abnormal sound detection.

  • Can be directly connected to measuring instruments compatible with constant current drive (CCLD) (no external amplifier required).

  • Features

*This product is Directional Microphone intended for listening tests.
Unlike omnidirectional measurement microphones that require acoustic calibration, this microphone is not recommended for measurement and evaluation purposes.
