If you suspect a malfunction, please first perform the following troubleshooting steps.

1) Please refer to the "Troubleshooting," "When You Have Problems," and "Frequently Asked Questions" sections of the instruction manual.

2) If your questions or problems are not resolved, please contact our customer support center.

Repair/ calibration Request

If the product still does not function properly after troubleshooting, or if you receive a repair or calibration notice from our customer support center, please contact the distributor or sales office from which you purchased the product.

Important points regarding product drop-off for repair

Replacement faulty parts
We will take back any faulty parts removed during repairs as documentation for quality improvement.

About accessories
To prevent damage to or loss of accessories owned by our customers, please refrain from sending us anything that is unnecessary for the work we are performing. However, if you are requesting repairs, please send us anything that you believe is related to the malfunction.

Please ensure that all settings and internal data information for the requested product are saved (or recorded) externally in a way that allows for reconstruction before providing it to us.
During repairs and calibration, depending on the nature of the issue, we may format the internal disk drive, reset the device settings, or perform the latest software version upgrade.
Please note that individual device settings and important measurement data may be lost due to accidents during operation or transportation. We are not liable for any damage or loss of data or settings.
