Fiber Optic Crank Angle Measurement System
CP-5730/CP-0610/CA-6000B
The CP/CA series is a system that detects the rotational angle of the engine's crankshaft, consisting of the fiber optic crank angle detector CP-5730, the crank angle amplifier CA-6000B, and the rotation stop fixture CP-0610.
The CP-5730 crank angle detector and CA-6000B crank angle amplifier form a system that detects the rotational angle of the engine's crankshaft. The CP-5730 crank angle detector accurately detects the crankshaft's rotational angle required for various engine performance tests, such as combustion analysis, with high precision and fast response. It is a compact type with a transmissive slit disk built-in, and due to the fiber optic light transmission and reception method, it does not incorporate electrical circuits in the detector, demonstrating excellent vibration resistance and noise resistance.
The CA-6000B inputs the signals from the crank angle detector and outputs TTL level angle signals and 1P/R pulse signals.

The clamp mounting size of 190~240mm for the CP-0610 differs from that of the CP-0600A, which is 220~310mm.
