Baby gauge sensor
BS-1210/BS-1310

The BS-1210/BS-1310 baby gauge sensor is based on our long-selling baby gauge sensor, achieving excellent durability and stable high accuracy. In recent years, the miniaturization of industrial products has progressed, but there are increasing cases where conventional-sized linear gauge sensors cannot be installed when detecting dimensions, displacements, and movements during production. With the BS series baby gauge sensor, its compact size allows for sensors to be installed close together or for multiple sensors to be arranged in narrow spaces.
With a protection rating of IP66, it is resistant to dust and water, and the sliding count has increased to 30 million times, three times that of conventional products, resulting in a long lifespan. Furthermore, the operating temperature range has been expanded, making it ideal for high-temperature and high-humidity measurement scenes.

Features

  • It is thin and space-saving, making installation and maintenance easy.

  • Enhanced water resistance compared to previous models: Protection rating (IP64 → IP66)

  • Enhanced durability (long lifespan) compared to previous models: Sliding cycles (10 million → 30 million)

  • Expanded operating temperature range compared to conventional models: Operating temperature range (5 to 40 °C → 0 to 50 °C)

Measurement and sorting of small parts with height differences.

Measurement and sorting of small parts with height differences.

Using two baby gauge sensors and the DG-2310 2ch input gauge counter with differential calculation function, we calculate the step gap by computing the difference between the measurements of the two linear gauges.
The DG-2310 is equipped with an analog output and RS-232C interface, allowing you to record measurement values using the analog output to a recording device, or import measurement values to a computer for statistical processing via the RS-232C interface.

*1: When using our gauge counter, the values in parentheses indicate the maximum response speed when using DG-4320/DG-4340/DG-5100/DG-3250.

*2: The IP66 rating is not guaranteed when using the release mechanism.

*3: When using various measuring devices, the dust-proof rubber must be removed for installation, so the IP66 rating is not guaranteed.

*4: The mechanical specifications for vibration and shock resistance during measurement are not guaranteed.
