DS-3000 Frequently Asked Questions

Question number FAQ-0764

Windows 10 does not recognize the Protect Key, DS-0299 ONO-LINK2 (USB), and DS-0399 ONO-LINK3 (USB).

Situation at the time of the problem occurring.

A message like the following is displayed, indicating that communication cannot be established (for example, in the case of DS-0299).

Please turn off memory consistency settings.

Update & Security > Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation > Memory Integrity

  1. Open Windows settings and go to Update & Security.
