CF-9200/9400 Portable 2/4ch FFT Analyzer

For CF/DS series FFT analyzers

This sample program is compatible with Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP operating systems.

  Sample program name Explanation
1 Graph interface (Excel 95/97/2000) This software converts data recorded by an FFT analyzer into an easy-to-read text file, and allows you to easily create graphs for documents and presentations in Microsoft Excel with just the click of a button. It consists of two programs: a data conversion program and an Excel macro program.

Note: Please download the setup program and ReadMe file. During installation, you will be prompted to select "EXCEL 95 or 97". If you are using EXCEL 2000, please select "EXCEL 97". If the printer driver is not installed on your computer, an error will occur in the EXCEL macro program. For CF-350/360, the WS-5130W data conversion software is required separately.
2 Reading binary files in MATLAB This sample demonstrates how to read binary data recorded by an FFT analyzer into MATLAB, which has advanced 2D processing capabilities. It consists of five sample programs.
Data loading from ORF files in DS-2000 is now supported in MATLAB R2007b and later versions (Windows 32-bit only). (2011/11/21)
Note: MATLAB software is required separately.
3 <For DS series>
Record data file (*.rcd)
CSV file conversion software		 This software converts time record data (*.rcd) saved on the DS series into a CSV file.
You can perform secondary processing on the data using software such as Excel that can read CSV files.
Note: This software is for data acquired using DS-2000, DS-3000 series, or DS-9000 series data stations only.
This cannot be used with data acquired using the CF series analyzer.
4 <For DS/CF series>
Tracking data 3D file
Text conversion software		 This software saves rotation-amplitude data of a specified order in text format from tracking 3D data files (with the extension ".trc") saved with DS-0322, DS-0222, or DS-0922 "Tracking Software".
Furthermore, it saves power spectrum data for all orders or all frequencies for each rotational speed. It can convert not only a single file but also multiple files sequentially. The text file is created as a CSV file (with the extension ".csv"), allowing for further data processing using software such as Excel.
Note: This software is exclusively for data acquired with DS-2000, DS-3000 series, or DS-9000 series data stations, or CF-9200/9400, CF-4700, or CF-4500. If you wish to use DAT or TRC files created with the XN-8000 Reporter, please be sure to read the XN-8000 Reporter FAQ (Important Notices).

LA-1441/4441 Series, LA-1441A/4441A Series for Sound Level Meters

  • The LA-1441/4441 and LA-1441A/4441A sound level meters are used by connecting them to a PC via an RS-232C cable or USB cable.

  • The sample programs and utilities are compatible with Windows® 7/10/11 32-bit and Windows® 7/10/11 64-bit.

  • In addition to this program, the following files are required to use this program.
    Follow the instructions to obtain the files and install them correctly.

    • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or later

    • Microsoft .NET Framework XX Japanese Language Pack
      (Please replace XX with the version of Microsoft .NET Framework you have installed.)

Additionally, a USB driver is required for USB connection. Please download the "USB driver configuration file" in addition to the sample program.

  Sample program name Explanation
1 Measurement Condition Settings It is possible to communicate with the sound level meter to display the sound level meter's panel conditions on the PC, or to set the sound level meter's panel conditions on the sound level meter itself from the PC.
2 Remote Program It is possible to communicate with the sound level meter to display the meter's screen on a PC, or to remotely control some of the meter's functions.
3 Memory read This program communicates with a sound level meter, reads the contents of the meter's manual and auto-memory, and saves them to a PC.
4 USB driver configuration file
(For LA-1441/4441 series)		 This is a USB driver configuration utility file for USB communication.

LA-7000 Sound Level Meter

  1. Remote Display - Display & Remote (Visual Basic 2015)
    You can view and operate the sound level meter on your computer screen. Sample program display & remote control overview for LA-7000 series sound level meter.

  2. LpData - Reading Instantaneous Value (LP) Data (Visual Basic 2015)
    Instantaneous sound level readings are read from the sound level meter at 100 ms or 200 ms intervals and saved to the computer as a CSV file.

  3. RTA-FFT - Real-time Octave Analysis Graph & FFT Analysis Graph Display (Visual Basic 2015)
    You can view bar graphs of octave data and graphs of FFT analysis data, as well as operate the sound level meter, on your computer screen.

  4. New environmental standards road traffic noise data secondary processing Excel macro (to be released later)
    The data measured by the sound level meter (a CSV file saved on an SD card) is converted to an Excel table format, and a graph is created.
