■Technical job
① Yokohama Area: Research and Development, Technology Development, Product Design, Sales Engineering, Quality Assurance, etc.
② Utsunomiya area: Research and development, technology development, product design, production technology, manufacturing, etc.
③ Kansai Region: Service Engineer (Repair, Calibration, Inspection)
④ Chubu Region: Research and Development, Technology Development, Product Design, Service, Engineering, etc.

■ Generalist Positions
① Nationwide: Sales, Planning, Marketing, Legal, General Affairs, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.
② Limited to initial assignment location (Chukyo, Kansai, Utsunomiya, Yokohama/Saitama): Domestic sales

Treatment after hiring

Starting salary Starting salary will be the sum of the base salary and regional allowance listed below. (As of April 2025)
■Basic salary
High school graduate 195,000円
Junior college graduate, technical college graduate (regular course), vocational school (2-year program) 209,400円
University graduate / Technical college graduate (advanced course) 246,300円
Graduate degree 255,900円

■ Regional allowance: Paid separately from the basic salary, depending on the region of the workplace.
Kanagawa/Saitama area A flat rate of 16,000 yen
Osaka/Aichi area A flat rate of 12,800 yen
Hiroshima/Fukuoka area A flat rate of 8,000 yen
Tochigi/Shizuoka area A flat rate of 3,700 yen
*There is a probationary period: 3 months after joining the company. The terms and conditions are the same as those for permanent employment.
Various allowances Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc.
Meal allowance (for employees working at the head office or regional sales offices without cafeteria facilities)
Salary increase Once a year (April)
bonus Twice a year (June, December)
Holidays and vacations 126 days of annual leave (based on 2025 figures), complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
*If there is a public holiday on a weekday, you may be required to work on Saturday.

My initial assignment after joining the company was in the Yokohama area. After the new business office planned to be established in the Chubu area becomes operational, I will be transferred to that office.

Working hours Flexible working hours (with core time)
*Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
