How can I save the measurement conditions set on the VC-3200 and have it start up with those conditions when powered on?

Please save the settings to the panel condition memory. (SAVE)
If you have never saved, it will start in its initial state.

When the system powers on, it starts up using the settings from the last saved or loaded memory.
