To convert the voltage signal from Accelerometer into velocity and displacement:

I want to determine velocity and displacement from acceleration data obtained through frequency analysis. Could you please tell me if there's an easy way to do this?

If the frequency f and its acceleration amplitude A are known, the velocity amplitude V and displacement amplitude X can be calculated using the following formulas.

V = A ÷(2πf) (m/s)X = V ÷(2πf) (m)

Since the voltage waveform of acceleration does not contain the value of f, conversion is not possible.

Is there a way to observe acceleration waveforms recorded by a data recorder or similar device as velocity and displacement waveforms?

One method involves using an analog integrator to obtain velocity V and displacement X.

The NP-2000 series of charge-type Accelerometer uses the CH-1200 type charge amplifier.
The NP-3000 series of amplifier-integrated Accelerometer uses the PS-1300 type amplifier.
