If we provide and set up a PC for shipping, the TS-7700 is installed using a username with administrator privileges. Therefore, you need to start and use the TS-7700 with the same username that has administrator privileges. This is because when installing the TS-7700, it creates a directory called TS7700temp on the PC and creates temporary files necessary for processing within it. If the user does not have administrator privileges, the temporary files cannot be created in temp, resulting in an error.

As for countermeasures,

• Reinstall the TS-7700 using a username with administrator privileges, and then use that same username.

• Configure sharing settings for the temporary folder.

[Automatic Paste of Display Table into Excel] Operation

From the menu bar, select [View] → [Table], and then click the [EXCEL Output] switch on the "Table View" screen that appears.
If Microsoft Excel is installed on your PC, pressing this switch will launch Excel and paste the data. The file name will be TEMP.CSV, so please save it with a file name of your choice. This is compatible with Excel versions from Office XP onwards.
