When starting the TQ-1106/5200, the green lights (both READY and SIG) do not illuminate. When toggling the power switch of the TQ-5200 on and off, and reconnecting the power connector, the lights briefly turn on but then go out again. I would like to know how to recover from this issue. Additionally, please inform me of the possible causes of the malfunction and how to confirm whether it is a fault or not.

Please check the following.

(1) Is there any looseness in the bolts of the stator ring?

Is the position of the rotor's coil part and the stator's ring part misaligned?

(3) Is there any metal present in the metal prohibited area around the stator?

Is the power supply capacity sufficient?

(5). The inrush current at startup is approximately 2 A. Is there a limiter in the power supply being used?

If there are no problems with (1) to (5), it usually starts up.

If it does not start up, there may be a possibility of a broken cable or a malfunction in the main unit, so inspection and repair will be necessary.
