Regarding external switching of the motor for SS type torque detector

The diagram below shows the wiring method when the CW/CCW switching of the SS-type torque sensor motor is modified to an external switching method (optional). The power connector changes from 2 pins to 4 pins.
A 5m cable (one end: RM15QPS-4SA - the other end: open) is included.

  1. External switching for SS-002 to SS-200 and SS-2050 to SS-2200.

  • Please use a relay with a contact capacity of approximately 3 A.

  • The aforementioned CW and CCW indicate the rotation direction of the detector's axis as viewed from the drive side. The rotation direction of the detector and the rotation direction of the motor attached to the detector must be opposite. Therefore, when the switch is flipped to the CW or CCW side, the axis of the motor attached to the detector actually rotates in the opposite direction.
