Torque Meter Frequently Asked Questions
Question number FAQ-1262
Digital display torque accuracy
The accuracy of individual detectors and TS indicators, as well as the overall accuracy of the combined unit, as determined by calibration testing, generally follows the following relative to the rated torque of the torque detector:
Please note that results may vary depending on the combination and settings of the detector and display unit. We offer individual test report creation and inspection services (for a fee).

| (1) | Static accuracy of SS alone (by calibration) | 0.1 % |
| (2) | SS No-load test (within the measured rotation range) | 0.3 % |
| (3) | Differences between identical TS displays | 0.2 % |
| (4) | The detector and display were matched and adjusted. Accuracy after N-0 correction (Catalog value / Measurement time 1 s) | 0.2 % |
| (5) | Temperature characteristics | −0.032% / ℃ |
| (6) | Aging | 0.1% |
