Measurable frequency range when combining the MI-1531 microphone and the SR-2200 microphone amplifier.
The following figure shows the frequency response (typical values) when measuring the high-frequency range up to 100 kHz using the MI-1531 microphone and its dedicated preamplifier, the MI-3140, with an SR-2200 2-channel amplifier (GAIN-10 setting).
Please note that the upper limit of the measurable frequency will vary depending on the magnitude of the sound pressure being measured.

How to read the characteristics table
The figure shows the frequency response (typical value) of the SR-2200 2-channel amplifier when the GAIN setting is -10. The characteristics can be estimated based on the relationship between the input sound pressure and the SR-2200's GAIN setting, as shown in Examples 1, 2, and 3 below.
Example 1: When the GAIN of the SR-2200 is set to +10 and the input sound pressure is 130dB, the frequency response is approximately equal to the response shown in the figure for an input sound pressure of 140dB.
Example 2: When the SR-2200's GAIN is set to +10 and the input sound pressure is 140dB, the characteristics will be approximately equal to those of an input sound pressure of 150dB shown in the diagram.
Example 3: The same reasoning applies when the GAIN of the SR-2200 is set to +20 or higher, but please note that increasing the GAIN will worsen the high-frequency response.
