List of Panel Switch Operations and Functions

1. Switching Functions (Pay attention to the 2nd button!)

There are two types of combined switches that function when the panel switches are pressed simultaneously. The function switches have two functions, Function 1 and Function 2, and they switch each time the panel switch [2nd] is pressed. When Function 1 is selected, the function engraved on the panel switch is activated. When Function 2 is selected, the function engraved in italics above the panel switch (displayed in blue) is activated, and the mark "2nd" in the upper right corner of the screen is highlighted.

4. Functions and operation of combination switches

A combination switch is a key that functions when two panel switches are pressed simultaneously. There are three combination switches: panel condition release, calendar setting screen display, and memory clear. For details on each function, please refer to "Chapter 1: Preparing the Sound Level Meter".

■ Panel Condition Reset (INITIAL SET)

Pressing the panel switches [2nd] and [CAL] simultaneously while turning on the power will reset the panel condition and start the sound level meter in its initial settings. Note that this is labeled [INITIAL SET] on the panel switches.

Displaying the calendar settings screen (DATE SET)

When you turn on the power while simultaneously pressing the panel switches [LIGHT] and [PAUSE/CONT], the software version inside the sound level meter, whether any options are installed, and a screen for setting the calendar will be displayed.
Note that it is labeled as [DATE SET] on the panel switch.

■Memory Clear

Pressing the [FILTER FREQ] panel switch while turning on the power will clear all memory. You cannot select which types of memory to clear.
