Sound level meter - Frequently Asked Questions

Please check the firmware version of your LA-1440/4440 sound level meter and the version of the free software "Memory Loading". Versions of the free software "Memory Loading" older than Ver. 1.1 will not work with LA-1440/4440 sound level meters with firmware Ver. 2.10 or later. Please download and use the latest version (Ver. 2.1 or later) from the free software download page.

■ How to check the firmware version

In the Sound Level Meter menu, move the cursor to "OPT/VER" in the "CONDITION menu" and press the [ENTER]/(START) switch to the OPTION/VERSION screen, which displays the Sound Level Meter firmware version and the model names of the installed options, allowing you to check the firmware version.
