Use the export function.

■Operating Procedure

1. Click on the graph you want to save to activate it. The active graph will have a green border.
2. Right-click on the active graph to open the pull-up menu (Figure 1).

3. Click "Export". The "Save As" dialog box will open.
4. Selecting CF Style File (.dat) as the file type will save it as a standard format file. Selecting XN-StyleCsv File (*.csv) will save it as a CSV text file.
   Enter a file name and click the save button to save the file (Figure 2).
