To hide the layout grid when printing.

Execute the [Layout Grid Settings] command from the [Display] menu.

 

When you execute the [Layout Grid Settings] command, the [Layout Grid Settings] dialog will appear.
To hide the layout grid when printing, set the "Print Grid" checkbox to OFF.
Once the settings are complete, click the [OK] button.

 
The display of the report does not change, but when printed, the grid will be removed.
