Set CMP1 to UPPER, CMP2 to LOWER, and CMP3 to OK.
The COMP3 's judgment output is considered OK if it is between UPPER and LOWER, and the relay turns ON.

You can combine COMP1, COMP2, and COMP3 in any way you like.
