How do you set the full scale of the analog output to 400.0 m/min when measuring peripheral speed (resolution 0.1 m/min) with the HT-5500?

Please set ANALOG-FS-SET (FS) [ 1 to 99999 ] to 4000.
When setting a value with a decimal point, set the value ignoring the decimal point.
