Question number FAQ-0901

Measurement range of HT-3200

The HT-3200 digital hand tachometer is used by switching the measurement range to select the measurement range.

To change the measurement range, press the switch shown in the diagram below for more than 2 seconds to enter the measurement range setting mode.
The current range is displayed in the MAIN display section. If you press the MEMORY/COND switch in this state,
The measurement range will switch alternately between "Hi" → "Lo" → "Hi," so please select the range you wish to use.

Pressing the power switch returns you to measurement mode, setting the currently displayed measurement range.
Furthermore, if no switch operation is performed for 30 seconds while in setting mode, the measurement range displayed just before the power is turned off will remain as the set value.
Oh, if you're using the KS-2000 speed ring, the decimal point position can't be automatically adjusted, so please read the displayed value by dividing it by 10. (Think of it as the value divided by 10 in your head.)

(Example) If the display shows "123", the actual speed should be read as "12.3 m/min".
If the display shows "523", the actual speed should be read as "52.3 m/min".
If the display shows "12.3", the actual speed should be read as "1.23 m/min".
