The HT-3100 digital handheld tachometer has a "Lo/Hi measurement range switch."

Note that when using the KS-200 speed ring, the decimal point position cannot be changed automatically, so please read the displayed value as '1/10' of what is shown (think of it as one-tenth of the value in your mind).

(Example) When displaying "123", the actual speed is read as "12.3m/min"
When displaying "523", the actual speed is read as "52.3m/min"
When displaying "12.3", the actual speed is read as "1.23m/min"
