If the FT-2500 displays "MEMORY ERROR!"
If you see the message "MEMORY ERROR!", the memory needs to be replaced.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your nearest branch office or authorized dealer to request repairs.

Pressing the "MENU" key and the "↓" key while turning on the device may cause it to reset and restart. This reset and restart is only a temporary solution, so please contact your nearest sales office or authorized dealer for repair.

Note!

The FT-2500 uses non-volatile memory to save parameters. Non-volatile memory has a limited number of write cycles; the non-volatile memory used in this unit has a limit of approximately 1 million cycles.
Under normal usage, the number of transmissions will not reach one million. However, if you frequently send numerical setting commands via RS-232C, this is expected to reach one million. Please avoid this type of usage.
