Please tell me the types of output signals for the RP-1700 series.

The output circuit of the RP-1700 series rotary encoders is standard totem pole output.
(Open collector, collector, and line driver outputs are available as options.)

Totem pole		lo: 20 mA The output resistor Ro is a thermistor with a positive PTH temperature coefficient. At 25°C, the resistance will be 22 Ω. Load resistance 470 Ω or more
Open collector		DC 40V, 50 mA or less
collector		Load resistance, 10 kΩ or more
Line Driver		RS422A compatible (26C31 equivalent)
