Shape of the detection gear

The shape of the detection gear is recommended to be the same ferromagnetic material and involute gear as in the MP-900 series.
MP-001 type detection gear is available as an option. If you are manufacturing gears, please refer to "recommended gears".
The output waveform for the tooth shape is shown in the figure below.

(B) and (C) may output 2 pulses for one tooth.

 

Countermeasures for special gears

 

installation method

Please avoid the installation shown in the figure below, as there is mutual magnetic interference.

(A): Install gears with different modules closely together.

(B): Install two or more MP-9810/MP-9830 units close to a single gear (please install them at a distance of 35 mm or more).
