FP Series Flow Detectors Common Notes
- Please install it upright (within ±15°).
- Please install it at a position lower than the liquid tank. By ensuring sufficient height difference, air will not accumulate, preventing negative pressure.
- Please do not remove the attached line filter.
- When purchasing a new product, there is test liquid remaining inside. Please perform flushing in your environment before use.
- Filters can become clogged. Please perform regular cleaning or replacement.
- This product is a measuring instrument. Please perform regular calibration to ensure that its performance is maintained.
- Operating with a high amount of air in the piping immediately after installation may damage the detector. Please flow the liquid slowly until the pipes are filled and the air is removed before use.
- Please use within the specified range of fluid temperature, ambient temperature, and vibration. Additionally, avoid sudden temperature changes even if they are within the specified range.
