Is it correct to perform automatic measurement using only the FAMS system by inputting 'Start' → waiting for the standard waiting time to pass → and then inputting 'Stop'?

It is possible.

When performing multiple accumulation measurements, stopping the FAMS system via communication after a waiting time may result in different accumulation times due to communication delays. As a countermeasure for communication delays, the AutoStop function of the FM-3100 is effective.
