O-Solution DS-5000 Frequently Asked Questions

Click on login to the support page. Support page for product registration and login.
You will need an EID to log in.

To obtain the EID, click in the following order: "Start" button → "Onosokki O-Solution" → "License Manager" to launch the License Manager.
Once you select your license, you can check the EID.
You can copy the EID from "Copy EID".
Please log in to the support page using the EID for "Trial License", "Standalone License", "Network License", or "USB Key License".
