The software may terminate at the times mentioned above.

*In version 2.1.3 and later, when this bug occurs, the following error will be displayed when starting O-Solution.

The cause is likely that some of the software installed by the installer was not installed correctly. Please try the following steps.

1. It is located in the Installer folder > InstallationContents folder.
   ww_icl_redist_intel64_2018.*.***.msi
   Double-click to perform the uninstallation process.
   (*The numbers may vary depending on the version.)



2. Click Next.



3. Click Remove.



4. Click Remove again.



5. Wait for the process to complete, then click Finish.

   Double-click to proceed with the installation.

7. Click Next.



8. Check the box that says "I accept the terms in the License Agreement".
   Click Next.



9. Click Install.



10. Wait for the process to complete, then click Finish.

The reinstallation is now complete. Restart your PC.
- In measurement mode, press Start.
- In analysis mode, press the execute button for FFT analysis or other analysis.
