O-Solution DS-5000 Frequently Asked Questions

At the above timing, the software may terminate.

* From Ver.2.1.3 onwards, when this issue occurs, the following error will be displayed upon launching O-Solution.

The reason may be that some of the software installed by the installer may not have been installed correctly. Please follow the methods below.

1. In the installer folder > InstallationContents folder, double-click on
   ww_icl_redist_intel64_2018.*.***.msi
   to perform an uninstallation process once.
   (The number represented by * may vary depending on the version.)



2. Click Next.



3. Click Remove.



4. Click on Remove again.



5. Wait for processing, then click Finish.



6. Double-click
   ww_icl_redist_intel64_2018.*.***.msi
   again to perform the installation process.

7. Click Next.



8. Check the box for "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" and
   click Next.



9. Click on Install.



10. Wait for processing, then click Finish.

The reinstallation is complete. Please restart the PC and,
• press start in measurement mode
• press execute in analysis mode for FFT analysis and other analyses
