Basic FAQ for FFT Analyzer

Overall value is the sum of the power of each frequency band of the analyzed power spectrum. In other words, it is the power value (mean square value) of the time signal before analysis. For the method of calculating the overall value in the FFT analyzer, please refer to the related items.

What to be careful about when calculating the overall value is that it is the sum of the power (equivalent to V ²) of each band of the power spectrum, not the sum of the linear spectrum values (equivalent to V).

In our Ono Sokki FFT analyzer, at the far right of the power spectrum graph,The overall value is always displayed with a mark.
