DS-2000 Frequently Asked Questions

When the software for the Logicool Qcam webcam is installed on a computer using the DS-0297A ONO-LINK II <Card>, communication between the DS-0297A and the computer becomes impossible.

Countermeasures:

Do not install Logicool's Qcam on computers using the DS-0297A notebook with ONO-LINK Ⅱ <Card>.

If you have installed Logicool's Qcam and can no longer communicate with the DS-2000, simply uninstalling Qcam will not restore functionality. You need to revert Windows to the state it was in before the Qcam installation.

Reinstall Windows.

Perform a system restore on Windows.
