What voltage does the monitor output on the back of the DS-2000 series unit output? Also, is there a filter applied?

The output voltage will be 1.414V (1 Vrms) when the voltage level is the same as the full scale of the voltage range. Additionally, the A-weight, B-weight, and C-weight analog filters set in Input → Voltage Range Setting → Filter Selection will be applied.

for example;

Voltage range: A Vrms (RMS)
Input signal: BV (single amplitude)
Monitor output voltage: CV (single amplitude)

Therefore, it can be calculated using proportional calculation as follows:

When A = 3.16 Vrms range and B = 1 V (single amplitude);

C=1÷3.16=0.316 V (half amplitude)

The voltage range can be set to display in Vrms (RMS), dBVrms (logarithmic), or V (single amplitude). The above formula is for Vrms (RMS). If you are using dBVrms (logarithmic) or V (single amplitude), please convert it to Vrms (RMS).
