When I connect Accelerometer and look at the time waveform, it displays about 0.2 m/s² even though there shouldn't be any vibration. Why is that?

This is due to the circuit's offset (a DC component causing a deviation). This value cannot be zero. However, by turning on auto-zero, this offset value can be reduced to a voltage less than 1/1000 of the voltage range. For example, if the voltage range is 1 Vrms, the full-scale voltage is 1.41 V, so 1/1000 is 0.00141 V (worst-case value).

When the voltage is 0.00141 V, if Accelerometer 's sensitivity is calibration to 1.0 mV/m/ , the displayed acceleration will be 1.41 m/ . When measuring small accelerations, it is best to measure using the lowest possible voltage range.
