• When trying to perform tracking (time-based tracking) with DS-0221, pressing the 'START' button causes it to stop immediately. The number of store blocks remains at 0.
• When trying to perform time trend and rotation tracking with DS-0223, the process stops before reaching 0% or 100% even after pressing the 'START' button. The trend graph is displayed, but the data is chaotic.

Reason:

A large number of temporary files (DS21*.tmp) created by the offline analysis library remain, preventing the creation of new temporary files.

Countermeasures:

1. If there is a file named DS21*.tmp in the temporary folder, please delete it. The default path for the temporary folder is as follows: <UserName> will be replaced with the name of the logged-in user.
   • For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp
   • For Windows 7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
2. If you are worried about directly manipulating the temporary folder, please use the following tool to clean up "temporary files."
