What should I do if the installation button does not appear on the installer screen for the DS-2000 series software? Also, what should I be careful about during installation?
When you launch the installer for the DS-2000A series software (for DS-2000 and DS-3000 data stations), an 'Installation dialog' appears, but it may only display the message 'PRESS BUTTON FOR INSTALLATION' and no buttons other than 'Close'.
In this case, please follow the procedure below to change the compatibility settings of each executable file of the installer before running the installer.
This phenomenon occurs after the installation is executed when the option "Use recommended settings to reinstall" is selected in the "Compatibility Assistant" dialog displayed by Windows.
If the "Compatibility Assistant" dialog appears during or after the installation of the DS-2000 series software, please select "This program was installed correctly."
