DS-2000 Frequently Asked Questions

When you launch the installer for the DS-2000A series software (for DS-2000 and DS-3000 data stations), the "Installation dialog" may appear, but sometimes only the message "PRESS BUTTONFOR INSTALLATION" is displayed within the dialog, and buttons other than "Close" are not shown.

In this case, please follow the instructions below to change the compatibility settings in the properties of each executable file of the installer before running the installer.

This issue occurs when you select "Reinstall using recommended settings" in the "Compatibility Assistant" dialog box that Windows displays after the installation is complete.

If the "Compatibility Assistant" dialog box appears during or after the installation of the DS-2000 series software, please select "This program was installed correctly."
